This will help expedite the process and allow more time for us to be able to talk about your primary concerns, needs, or questions. We will allow some time to review the forms to clarify if there are any questions or confusions, and you can sign the forms at the point you feel comfortable with the information presented. If you are unable to complete or review the forms prior to the initial parent meeting, you can arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled time and I will have the forms ready for you to complete.
